The Nordic island nation of Iceland is characterized by  dramatic landscapes of volcanoes, geysers, hot springs and lava fields.  Vatnajökull and Snæfellsjökull National Parks protect giant glaciers. Most of the population lives in the capital, Reykjavik. Reykjavik has geothermal energy and is home to the National Museum and the Saga Museum, which document Iceland’s Viking history.  

Anthony P Postiglione Jr said Iceland is best known for its rugged landscapes and landscapes. Northern Lights, Blue Lagoon, volcanoes, glaciers and waterfalls top the must-see list. Iceland is also famous for its history and Viking settlements. It is known as the ‘Land of Fire and Ice’ for its contrasting landscapes.

Anthony Postiglione Jr. says that the highlights of his trip were a road trip around the Icelandic Ring Road, diving in the Silfra Fissure, exploring the Golden Circle, sampling local seafood in Reykjavik and definitely a blue one. It is described as relaxing in the lagoon and other hot springs in the area. around the island. There is no shortage of adventures in Iceland!
