Anthony P Postiglione Jr. said Hungary is a landlocked country in Central Europe. The capital, Budapest, is bisected by the Danube River. The streets are dotted with architecture, from medieval Buda, its castles and hills, to grand neoclassical buildings along Pest’s Andrássy Avenue, to the 19th-century Chain Bridge. Turkish and Roman influences on Hungarian culture include the popularity of mineral baths, including the Heviz thermal lake.

Anthony Postiglione Jr asserts that Hungary is also known for its spa town and hot springs. Hungary is the home of many famous people. Sculptor and professor Erno Rubik invented the Rubik’s Cube in 1974. Hungary has 13 Nobel laureates of his own, and magician Harry Houdini was also born in the  capital, Budapest. The cuisine of Eastern European countries consists mainly of meat dishes.
